How To Pack The BB Bag

From the time you reach week 32 of pregnancy, you should start preparing for the baby’s arrival, as long as everything is in order. This does not just mean having the home ready. The first thing you should do is pack the BB bag, which should contain everything necessary for the birth and stay in the hospital.

These are the things that a expectant mother should not be without when it’s time to give birth. Write down and do not forget the following:

• Some form of ID card with a photo of you. It can be your driver’s license or ID card. Make sure you have all the paperwork you may need for enrollment in the hospital.

• A mobile phone with enough battery and with all the connectors you need. You never know when you may need to contact someone quickly. Save down all the phone numbers you may need.
