To cook it  , you will need 2 tomatoes, 2 mozzarella cheese balls, basil leaves, olive oil and salt.

  • The first step is to wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. After that is done, do the same with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Mount the tomato slices and the cheese slices on top of each other.
  • Then wash the  basil leaves and mash them with a little salt and olive oil.

  • Tip: if you do not have Greek yogurt  , you can use natural yogurt that does not contain sugar or milk.
